Modeling Programs
Our Modeling Programs follow a 5-phase process: business understanding, data management, customer profile modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
Business Understanding Phase. We assess your objectives, understand what you want to accomplish, uncover factors that can influence the project, and discover your organizational resources, constraints, and assumptions of the project. We articulate the goals, state your business objectives in your organization’s terms, plan and describe the project, and identify the measures and the specific strategies.
Data Management Phase. In the data management phase, we collect the relevant data, integrate data from multiple data sources, then format and clean the data. Next, we describe and explore the data, start laying out what can be presented in tables and graphically, construct final data set, select data to be used in the analyses, and create new variables.
Modeling Phase. In the modeling phase, we select the most appropriate modeling technique, then build and assess the model. Our toolbox of modeling techniques will depend on your particular business objectives. We then split data into three: training, validation, and test. We will generate test design, then run and assess the models’ adequacy.
Evaluation Phase. In the Evaluation Phase we evaluate the results in relation to your business objectives in the business understanding phase. In this phase, we review the analytic process and clarify the next logical steps.
Deployment Phase. In the deployment phase we produce the final report and discuss it with those who will be using the findings. In the report, we document the methodology and procedures used, as well as describe the plan to monitor the ongoing usage of the findings.
